Day 1:
Mastering Fundamentals
Focus on Grades 1–3, foundation for beginners.
The first 3–6 months your sudents are delicate, so a step-by-step approach helps keep your students engaged and progressing.
Day 2:
Progressing to the Next Level
Continue to Grades 4-6.
Build on the fundamentals you've practiced on day 1.

Day 3:
Equipment Mastery
Muay Thai bagwok mastery.

Preparation for clinching before day 4.
Day 4:
Clinching techniques and class preparation
Teaching clinching safely and effectively.

Grading and Graduation
