Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 🥊
Here at Master Toddy's Muay Thai Camp, we understand that you may have some questions before getting started with us. We've gathered some of the most frequently asked questions to help guide you. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out!
1. What is Muay Thai and how can I start training?
Muay Thai is a traditional martial art from Thailand, also known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it utilizes fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, our trainers will guide you every step of the way. You can start by joining one of our beginner-friendly classes or booking a private session with Master Toddy himself!
2. Do I need to have any prior experience to train at Master Toddy's Camp?
No experience is required! We welcome individuals of all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, Master Toddy’s expert trainers will design a training plan to suit your needs and help you progress quickly.
3. Will I be able to compete in fights?
Absolutely! One of the unique opportunities we offer at our camp is the chance to compete in **Rising Stars Fight Promotion**, our very own fight promotion led by Master Toddy. If you're training with us, you’ll have the chance to make your debut at one of our upcoming events, no matter your experience level.
4. What should I bring to the camp?
You should bring comfortable workout clothes, sports shoes, and a towel. We also recommend that you bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your training sessions. For Muay Thai training, we provide equipment, but feel free to bring your own gloves if you prefer.
5. How long do the training sessions last?
Training sessions typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the class. For private 1-on-1 sessions with Master Toddy, the duration can be customized based on your needs. We recommend attending at least 3-4 sessions per week for optimal progress.
6. Do you offer accommodation at the camp?
Yes, we offer accommodations at our camp, providing a comfortable stay while you focus on your training. We offer both short-term and long-term options for international fighters or anyone traveling to join our camp. Please contact us for more details and pricing information.
